Python Developer – Delhi (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Python Developer to join our growing development team in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust Python-based applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and support business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications.
2. Build scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems and APIs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
5. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
6. Develop and execute unit tests and automated testing to ensure software reliability.
7. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services where required.
9. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development trends.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of professional experience in Python development (or equivalent practical experience).
3. Strong proficiency in Python and popular frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
4. Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
5. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
6. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
7. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
8. Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.
9. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
11. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with Docker, Linux, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
2. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
3. Familiarity with Redis, Celery, or message queues.
4. Experience working with microservices architecture.
5. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
