Flutter Developer – Delhi (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our growing development team in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to build intuitive, scalable, and feature-rich mobile applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
2. Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for Android and iOS.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
4. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented Dart code following industry best practices.
5. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
6. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
8. Develop and maintain unit tests and automated testing to ensure application quality.
9. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
10. Stay up to date with the latest Flutter ecosystem, mobile technologies, and development trends.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of professional experience in Flutter application development (or equivalent practical experience).
3. Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming.
4. Experience building and publishing Android and iOS applications.
5. Good understanding of Android Studio, Xcode, and mobile development workflows.
6. Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.
7. Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
8. Understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
9. Experience with Git and version control systems.
10. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
12. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, etc.).
2. Knowledge of local databases such as SQLite or Hive.
3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated mobile app deployment.
4. Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store release processes.
5. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
